Debra Ann (Flannery) Yellott

Debra Ann Yellott, 59, of Smithsburg, MD, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center of Hagerstown. Born Wednesday, July 16, 1958 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late James Robert Flannery and Marian Irene (Skibo) Flannery Warrenfeltz. She was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School class of 1976. She was employed by Washington County Public Schools as assisted Manager of the Cafeteria, working at the Smithsburg Schools. She was a homemaker, or as Debbie called it, “Domestic Goddess”. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed her many trips to the beach. Debbie is survived by her husband of 40 years, Frank Yellott II, whom she married April 15, 1978, daughters, Amanda Bayer and husband Tanner and Katie McDonald and husband Danial, son, Frank Yellott III and wife Megan, grandchildren, Carter, Quinn, Miles and Brendan, sisters, Eileen Dickenson and husband John and Linda Judd and husband John, brothers, Jim Flannery and wife Bonnie and John Flannery and wife Ame and several nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Hank Warrenfeltz and one granddaughter, Hollynn Bayer. A celebration of life gathering will be held Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 1-3pm at J.L.
