Joseph F. “Joe” Hahn, 89, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Potomac Valley Nursing and Wellness Center of Rockville, MD.
Born Tuesday, July 10, 1928 in Lebanon, PA, he was the son of the late Arthur Charles Hahn, Sr. and Bessie (Smith) Hahn.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the United States Army.
Joe was a member of Paramount Baptist Church of Hagerstown.
He retired from Wheat First Butcher and Singer.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.
Joe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marcia Ann (Brown) Hahn whom he married May 22, 1965, daughters, Alicia Burchwell and husband Wayne and Heather Kandrick and husband Kyle, brother, Arthur C. Hahn, Jr., eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth and Doris and three brothers, Leonard, Richard and Lloyd.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
