David Lee Edwards, Jr.

David Lee Edwards, Jr., 23, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at his home. Born Tuesday, October 10, 1995 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of David Lee Edwards, Sr. and fiancé Crystal Wiltrout of Hagerstown and Angelina Sabrina Nicklas of Hagerstown. He was employed by Horizon Builders of Crofton, MD. David Lee enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially at the beach. He had a love for cars, building things and spending time with his niece and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Angelica Edwards, nephews, Malique Baker and Taesean Richardson, niece, Nevaeh Mitchell, maternal grandmother, Frances L. Nicklas and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Peter R. Nicklas, Sr., and paternal grandparents, Richard “Sonny” Edwards and Elise M. (Shade) Edwards. A visitation will be held Monday, March 20, 2019 from 8-9pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD. Services and burial will be private.
