Douglas Garman Miller

Douglas Garman Miller, 63, of Sebring, FL, passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, December 16, 2018. Born Tuesday, October 18, 1955 in Waynesboro, PA, he was the son of Harry “Buzz” Miller and the late Mary Jane (Bittner) Spalding. He was a graduate of Catoctin High School of Thurmont, MD, class of 1973. He was a life-long dairy farmer and owner and operator of Har-Valley Dairy for many years. He was also employed by Days Inn of Frederick, MD. Doug is survived by daughter, Amber Muller and husband Steve, grandson, Levi Muller, brother, Randall Miller, sister, Shelba Bollinger, companion, Cheryl Williams and many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved family and friends. A viewing will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 1-3pm and 6-8pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
