Michael Lawrence Kline

Michael L. Kline, 53, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Meritus Medical Center of Hagerstown. Born Friday, October 1, 1965 in Hagerstown, he was the son of Joyce Ann (Fessler) Kline of Hagerstown and the late Daniel Jonathan Kline. He was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He was a member of Western Enterprise Fire Company of Hagerstown. He was employed by Sherwin Williams Paint Store of Hagerstown and was a flagman for the Hagerstown Speedway. In addition to his mother, he is survived by sisters, Rose M. Knode (Harry), Linda L. Forrest-Kline, Peggy S. Murrell, Tammy J. Casner (Lew) and Debbie Carter, brothers, Danny L. Kline (Sandra), Jody L. Kline, Timmy Kline and Jimmy Kline and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lori Ann Kline and Cathy J. Kline. Services will be held Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 11:00am at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD, with Pastor Ed Hampton officiating. Burial will be in Garfield United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Doors will open at 12:00 noon for the convenience of the public.
