Clifford James "Jimmy" Neiser

Clifford James Neiser “Jimmy,” 54 of Hagerstown, MD, unexpectedly passed away from cardiac arrest, Monday, July 25, 2022, at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD. Born May 6, 1968, in Hagerstown, MD, he is the son of William Gary Neiser Sr. and Constance Lucille Neiser. Jimmy was employed at Craig Paving for many years. He was a jokester, bullshit artist, tell you how it was person. He loved camping at Sleepy Creek, listening to music, dancing in the sand and most of all spending time with his family, grandchildren, and friends. Jimmy is survived by his wife Melissa Ann Neiser, daughter Alicia Weadon and her husband Chris, son Camren Neiser, son Johnny Messersmith and his wife Shae, daughter Ashley Robison and her fiancée Damien Martin, eleven grandchildren, brother William G. Neiser Jr. and his wife Heidi, sister Mary E. (Neiser) McPherson and her husband Tom, brother Michael L. Neiser and his wife Kristen. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends. The family will receive friends at the Salvation Army (525 George Street, Hagerstown, Md. 21740) on Monday August 1, 2022, from 3-4 pm where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm.
