Randy Eugene Keefer

Randy Eugene Keefer, 62, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD. Born May 26, 1958 in McConnellsburg, PA, he was the son of Estella Ruth (Truax) Keefer of Berkeley Springs, WV., and the late William Franklin Keefer. He was a graduate of Hancock High School class of 1976. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was employed by D.O.T. Transportation of Williamsport, MD. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 1483, Berkeley Springs, WV. Randy is survived by his wife of 39 years, Reginia R. (Lightner) Keefer whom he married May 11, 1981, brothers, Allen Keefer and Daryl Keefer, sister, Wanda Eichelberger, two step sons, two step grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren, two step great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 2:00pm at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Jimmy Wilkinson officiating. Arrangements were made by J.L.
