Wilbur Leroy Minnick

Wilbur L. Minnick, 82, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, in Hagerstown, MD. Born August 8, 1937, he was the son of the late Russell and Louise (Minnick) Green and stepson of his late stepmother, Josephine (Newcomer) Green. He retired from Pangborn Corporation after 38 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years 4 months and 2 weeks, Anna “Tootles” Minnick, two daughters, Robin L. Angle and husband Gerald of Hagerstown and Cindy K. Mahoney and husband Jeff of Hagerstown, one grandson, Kyle P. Mahoney of Hagerstown, one sister, Diane Shanholtz and husband Kenneth of Maugansville, and two cats, Tom and Rosie. In addition to his parents and stepmother, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Megan N. Larkin. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 1:00pm at Black Rock Bible Church, Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Guy Nesbitt officiating.
