Barbara Ann (Reed) St. Clair

Barbara Ann St. Clair, 82, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at her home. Born Tuesday, January 28, 1936 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Henry L. Reed and Virginia A. (Jordan) Reed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy St. Clair in 2001 and her companion of 30 years, Perry Davis in 2015. Barbara is survived by her four children, Kathy Tucker and husband Terry, Sharon Near and companion Curtis Geiser, Jack Near, Jr. and wife Tina, and Rhonda Bitner and husband Wayne, grandchildren, Misty Levy, Samuel Williams, Jr., Erik Bitner, Toni Bitner, Chad Near, and Danielle Near, sisters, Linda Etheridge, Connie Barkdoll, and Vickie Griffith, brothers, Larry Reed, Arlen Reed, and Dale Reed, former husband, Jack A. Near, Sr., nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 2:00pm at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Julie Brigham officiating.
