Beth Ann (Lindsey) Geissinger

Beth Ann Geissinger, 55, of Smithsburg, MD, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at her home. Born Wednesday, January 30, 1963 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence D. Lindsey and Doris M. (Zeek) Lindsey. Beth was a graduate of Altoona Area High School and has numerous college degrees in the medical profession but decided to stay home and enjoy her grandchildren. She was the wife of 37 years to Mark Geissinger and a loving mother to three sons and one daughter, Mark Geissinger, David Geissinger, Luke Geissinger and Camille, a wonderful grandmother to seven grandchildren and survived by four brothers and two sister, Larry (Beverly) Lindsey, Blair (Nodine) Lindsey, Bruce (Linda) Lindsey, Steve (Carol) Lindsey, Dona (Alan) Zajac and Susan Hall and her lifelong friend, Nita Berdine. She was preceded in death by one brother, Patrick and one sister, Regina. There will be a celebration of life for family and friends at a later date. Arrangements were made by J.L.
