Betty Alfreda Iglehart

Betty A. Iglehart, 84 of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Julia Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Hagerstown. Born Thursday, August 2, 1934 near Smithsburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late James S. Grove and Corinne G. (Paden) Grove. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Iglehart in 1992. Betty was a graduate of Highland View Academy. She was a member of The Good Shepherd Ministries of Hagerstown, MD. She retired from Statton Furniture Manufacturing Company of Hagerstown. Betty is survived by son, David Huntzberry and wife Beverly, brother, James E. Grove and wife Donna, special nieces, Vickie Huntzberry, Robin Gillenwater and husband James and Courtney Gillenwater, special nephews, Harvey Huntzberry and wife Brenda, Chris Huntzberry and Hendrix Huntzberry, and her Grand-Family, Travis, Darlette, Blayze and Kaleigh. She was preceded in death by one sister, Alma Huntzberry. Services will be held Friday, March 15, 2019 at 12:00pm at The Good Shepherd Ministries, 19763 Longmeadow Rd. Hagerstown, MD, with Rev. Steven McCullough officiating. Burial will be in Smithsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church, two hours prior to the service. Arrangements were made by J.L.
