Earl Eugene Williams, 58, of Leitersburg, MD, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at his home. Born Thursday, October 13, 1960 in Dumfries, VA, he was the son of William Earl Williams and Janet Marie (Smedley) Williams. Earl was an avid NASCAR fan. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Julie Marie (Stough) Williams whom he married October 25, 1991, daughter, Lacey Williams and companion Hartwell, sons, Buddy Williams and companion Jennifer, Aaron Carle, Andrew Carle and wife Sarah and Todd Stough and wife Megan, grandchildren, Oliver Carle, Liam Grady and Autumn Grady, brother, Robert Williams, mother-in-law, Dolores Stough, sister-in-law’s, Debora Norton and Kathy Selby, brother-in-law, Steve Stough and wife Joyce, nephews, Stevie, Jamie, Jon, Nathaniel, Christopher, Justin and Joshua, nieces, Amber, Ashley, AnnMarie, Becca and Amanda and his faithful canine companions, Mia and Hannah.
