Marie C. (Jolliffe) Hofer

Marie C. Hofer, 85, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, of Hagerstown, MD. Born Monday, March 27, 1933 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Howard Jolliffe and Matilda Ann (Stevenson) Jolliffe. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Hofer. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Hagerstown. Marie is survived by sons, Douglas Hofer and wife Yvette and Rodney Jolliffe and wife Sis, daughter, Cheryl Lynn Pineda and three grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Monday, March 18, 2019 at 1:00pm at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Stephanie Steele officiating.
