Norma June Malkiewicz

Norma June Malkiewicz, 82, of Manor Church Rd. Boonsboro, MD, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center of Hagerstown, surrounded by her loving family. Born Monday, June 3, 1935 in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Gladys Rohrer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Ronald Anthony Malkiewicz, March 4, 2016. She attended Hagerstown High School. June worked as a waitress for many years at the Red Byrd in Keedysville, MD, and the Tortuga Lounge in Hagerstown, MD. She was a member of the Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Williamsport, MD. June is survived by sons, Denny Black and wife Beverly, Darrell Black and Todd Stotler, daughter, Shelby Yeatts, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of Life will be held, Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:00pm at the Boonsboro Ruritan Club, 18309 Manor Church Rd. Boonsboro, MD, with Mr. Kevin Smoot officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of June Malkiewicz to Rehoboth United Methodist Church Building Fund, 30 E. Salisbury St. Williamsport, MD, 21795.
