Peggy L. Renner, 87, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, of Hagerstown, MD.
She was born Sunday, June 12, 1932 in Washington County, Maryland.
Peggy was a bus driver for the Washington County Board of Education for many years before she retired.
She was an avid bingo player and loved spending time outdoors.
Peggy is survived by daughter, Jo A. Dunn, son, Dennis W. Renner and fiancé Carol Winston, grandson, Tyler W. Renner, brothers, Terry Carroll and Dennis Carroll and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Ronnie Lee Renner, one half-brother, Joe Moore and one half-sister, Mary Jane Black.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 1:00pm at Funkstown Community Park Pavilion #4. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Peggy Renner to Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, at 747 Northern Ave. Hagerstown, MD, 21742 or www.hospiceofwc.org.
