Ricky Stephen Moore, Sr.

Ricky Stephen Moore, Sr., 57, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Hospice of Washington County, Doey’s House, of Hagerstown. Born Saturday, September 23, 1961 in West Virginia, he was the son of the late Robert Franklin Moore, Sr. and Patsy Victoria (Barnhart) Moore. He was a member of Maugansville Bible Brethren Church. He was formerly employed by Sam Tooma & Son of Hagerstown and Ramar Moving Company of Hagerstown. Ricky is survived by his wife of 27 years, Peggy Sue (Kimmel) Moore, sons, Ricky Moore, Jr. and Shawn Moore, brothers, Terry Moore and wife Wilma and Danny Moore and wife Teresa and sister-in-law, Kimberly Moore. He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Moore, Jr. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 8, 2019 at 2:00pm at Maugansville Bible Brethren Church with Pastor Chad Carter officiating. Burial will be private.
