Thomas W. “Tommy” Bowman, 60, of Smithsburg, MD, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at Hospice of Washington County Doey’s House of Hagerstown, MD. Born Saturday, November 2, 1957 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Wade D. Bowman and Genevieve M. (Cross) Bowman. He was a graduate of Smithsburg High School class of 1975. Tommy is survived by his companion, Melinda Woodward, sisters, Judy Putz and Alice Metz, brother, Daniel Bowman, special friend, Brad Smith and Special friend that adopted Tom’s dog Tuffy, Dale Ridenour. Tommy’s wishes were to be cremated and burial will be private. “Tom, your hunting and fishing was always first in your life. Your dream was to move out west, and you did it. There were some places that you did not make it to, but now babe, you can go anywhere. Olive Juice. Melinda”. Arrangements were made by J.L.
