Alan "Tiny" David Warrenfeltz, 76, of Wolfsville, MD, passed away Friday, March 1, 2024 at his home, surrounded by loving family.
Born on May 13, 1947 in Wolfsville, MD, he was the son of the late Dorothea L. (Stottlemyer) and Paul Warrenfeltz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a Sister, Irma Wolfe; and Brothers, Joe, Wayne, Robert, Delano, Lee and Gene Warrenfeltz.
He graduated from Middletown High School, class of 1965.
Tiny owned and operated A & W Construction for 50 years. He also was a farmer on his family homestead for his entire life. Tiny also worked as a gravedigger, opening graves for all of the cemeteries in the Wolfsville area.
He is survived by his son, David A. Warrenfeltz (Sharon) of Myersville; Granddaughter, Hannah Warrenfeltz; Long time companion, Sandra Harshman; and numerous Nieces, Nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 11 AM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 12704 Wolfsville Rd., Smithsburg, MD 21783, with Pastor Eric Moser officiating, with help from the Elders of the Dunker Church in Waynesboro. Interment will follow in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 6 from 6-8 PM at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave., Smithsburg, MD 21783.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 12704 Wolfsville Rd., Smithsburg, MD 21783; or to the Dunker Church of Waynesboro, PA.
