Angela Dawn (Rodeheaver) Kemp

Angela Dawn Rodeheaver Kemp, of Hagerstown, Maryland, went to be with our Lord on June 20, 2022 at the age of 50 years old. Born in Hagerstown, MD on September 7, 1971, she was the daughter of Thomas A. Rodeheaver of Cascade, MD and Doris R. Rodeheaver, of Enterprise, AL. Besides her loving parents, she is survived by her brothers, Chris Rose of Enter prise, AL, Michael Rodeheaver of Hagerstown, MD and Dwayne Rodeheaver of Cascade, MD. Her loving son, Jeffery Kelbaugh and fiancé Justice Gales of Hagerstown, MD, her precious daughter, Erinn Kelbaugh, and fiancé Adam Simons, of Smithsburg, MD. She is also survived by her fiancé, Thomas Elliott and her cousin, DeeAnn Higgins and fiancé Jack Ross and her aunt, Carole McCreary of Martinsburg, WV. She will also be missed by her cherished grand babies, Eliana and Archer Simons Ry’Lynn and Baby Kelbaugh, and Jaylen Gales. Angela was raised in Downsville, MD and was a member of the Williamsport High Class of 1989. She was a Domestic Engineer. She was proud that she was able to celebrate 2 years of sobriety. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, Face timing her best friend Jean Sabine Lauman and hanging out with her fiancé and cousin. Angela was a very fun loving spontaneous person who was loved by so many. She left an impression on every person’s heart she came across. She was a beau tiful soul inside and out. The world is a little darker place without her in it. There will a 1 hour viewing on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 between 12-1pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave., Smithsburg, MD. A funeral service will follow at 1pm. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, MD and will be private for family only.
