Anna Elizabeth (Huntsberry) Minnick

Anna Elizabeth (Huntsberry) Minnick, 82, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Doey's House, Hagerstown, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on July 24, 1942 in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Effie I. Huntsberry-Bowers and John Huntsberry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Wilbur Minnick; granddaughter, Megan Larkin; three sisters, Betty Snyder, Helen Monn, and Patsy Kelbaugh; and two brothers, Paul and Richard Huntsberry.

Anna was employed for 20 years by Gabriel's Toy Manufacturing, after which she became a childcare provider.

Anna was a lifetime member of Black Rock Bible Church, Hagerstown, MD.

Anna enjoyed cooking, working outside in her yard and garden, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Robin Angle and husband, Gerald; and Cindy Mahoney and husband, Jeff, all of Hagerstown; grandson, Kyle Mahoney and fiancé, Chloe Johnson of Columbia, MD; brother, Donald Huntzberry and wife, Fannie; and her loving cat, Tom.

She is also survived by her special family; Edith and Emma Wennick; Tayler, Benny, and Judah Hetrick; and numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 11AM at Black Rock Bible Church, 9646 Crystal Falls Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21740, with Pastor Guy Nesbitt officiating.
