Beverly Kesselring Obituary

Beverly Ann Kesselring, of Waynesboro, PA, peacefully passed away on October 3, 2020 at Waynesboro Hospital in Waynesboro, PA. Born on December 20, 1934 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Katherine and Albert Gish of Hagerstown, MD. She retired in 2002 as a Bookkeeper from Hoover Forklifts. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Brethren Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was preceded in death, by her husband, Donald “Kess” Kesselring, her son, Curtis Kesselring, and her brothers, Jack Gish, James Gish and John Gish. She is survived by her sons, Eroland “Bob” Mentzer and his wife Sherry of Falling Waters, WV, Lowell “Jack “Kesselring and his wife Allison of Smithsburg, MD, and Jamison Kesselring and his wife Terry of Waynesboro, PA, and daughters, Virginia Hoover of Pensacola, FL, Paulanne Fernandez and her husband Nelson of Hagerstown, MD, and Lisa Meckley and her husband Barry of Lamar, PA. She is also survived by two sisters, Lois Rohrer, of Quincy PA, and Gloria Lepson, of Baltimore, MD, as well as 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on October 8, 2020 at Veteran’s Park in Smithsburg, MD, from 1:00 – 2:00pm with a funeral service following at 2:00pm under the direction of J.L. Davis Funeral home of Smithsburg, MD. Burial will be private at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Clear Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tabitha's Table Food Bank, 17 S.
