Brittany Marie Walter

Brittany Marie Walter, 29, passed away Monday morning March 2, 2020. She was born December 7, 1990 at Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, Maryland. She's the daughter of Melanie Lindewurth and the Late Daniel Walter. She is survived by her mother, Melanie Lindewurth, her daughter, Aliyah Tnes Walter, her two brothers, Travis Walter and Dustin Reyes, her sister Kristy and brother in-law Brian Spickler and her nephews, Landon and Caleb. Also surviving is Grandmother Nancy Freese, Grandfather Melvin Kurtz, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, family and many friends. Brittany battled many years of pain, had some struggles and challenges that she truly fought till the end and those of us closest to her treasured her greatly. Her smiles and laughs were priceless. She was a very loving mother to Aliyah, deeply loved by her mother, very special to her brother, and loved by Kristy and Travis immensely. She was loved to no end by her daughter. The Brittany we know had a heart of gold, was always giving and would do anything to help anybody. Brittany was a stay at home mother who simply loved spending time with her mother, daughter, family and friends. She enjoyed music, funny movies, playing board games and playing with Aliyah. She was preceded in death by her Father, Daniel Walter, Grandfather, George Walter, Grandmother, Marsha Kurtz & Grandmother, Selma Kay, Stepfather, Christopher Lindewurth & Grandfather, Herb Lindewurth. Her memorial will be held at Hagerstown Seventh-Day Adventist Church, at 11507 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD, 21742 on Sunday, March 15, 2020, at 11:00 am.
