Obituary

Cindy Lou Bailey, 69, of Waynesboro, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at Waynesboro Hospital.

Born on August 19, 1954, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Patricia A. (Smith) and Leroy S. Semler.

Cindy graduated from North Hagerstown High School, class of 1972.

She enjoyed collecting dolls and Boyd's Bears.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, N.C. Bailey; Son, Eric T. Bailey and wife Stephanie of Minnesota; 5 Grandchildren; Sister, Mary A. Henson (Ellsworth "Beanie"); Brother, Preston L. Semler (Alita); Sister in law, Carol Ann Rossman (Gary); and Dog, Bogey.

A celebration of Cindy's life will be held at a later date.
