Christopher Leslie "Sly Fox" Heaton

Christopher L. “Sly Fox” Heaton, 50, of Cascade, MD, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 26, 2021. Chris was the loving husband of Athalia Heaton and proud father of Victoria Heaton. He was born April 25, 1971, in Chambersburg, PA, and was the first-born son of Stephen L. Heaton of Scottsboro, Alabama and Vanessa D. (Smith) Heaton-Pryor of Waynesboro, PA. Chris is survived by two younger brothers, David Heaton and wife of Greencastle, PA, and Stephen Heaton and wife of Blue Ridge Summit, PA, five nieces, Sierra, Kaitlyn, Airiana, Natalie and McKensi and one nephew, Damian. Chris was employed by Home Run Inc. of Lewistown, MD, as a tractor trailer operator and later as a diesel mechanic and shop supervisor. His home away from home. Chris loved drag racing and spending time with his family. A viewing will be held Monday, October 4, 2021, from 12-1pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD. Graveside services will follow at 2pm at Bethel Cemetery, Cascade, MD, with Pastor Robert Robinson officiating.
