She met her soulmate in high school and soon after married Stephen Wayne Dahl November 12, 1982 at age 19. Together they had 4 children, one boy and 3 girls. Soon after her mother Sally passed away she and Stephen moved to Hagerstown to pursue more jobs and family opportunities with the help of Sally’s half-sister Loreen Harne and her husband Jerry Harne. She landed a job working for Brooklane Health services in a Administrative position which she held for 20 years until her death. Cindy was a wonderful mother, loving friend and beautiful/caring/forgiving soul. She has positively affected everyone she has met with and worked with both on and off the job. She thrived on helping/comforting others who needed it, most unselfishly putting others needs before her own. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
