Clifton “Donald” Freeman, 56, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, March 26, 2022, in Hamburg, PA.
Born June 11, 1965, in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late David E. Freeman and Julie Ann (Guynn) Freeman.
He was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School class of 1983 and a graduate of Franklin County Vocational Technical High School.
He was an Electrician by trade.
Donald was an avid R.C. Airplane enthusiast, building, flying, dealing, trading, and attending swap meets. He was a member of the Pegasus R/C Modelers Club of Hagerstown and a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).
Donald is survived by his wife of 19 years, Ellen Marie (Mohn) Freeman who he married November 16, 2002, brother, David Freeman and wife Ellen of Greencastle, sister, Tina Bumbaugh and husband John of Waynesboro, brother, Brian Freeman and wife Amy of Chambersburg and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 1, 2022, at 2pm at Central Baptist Church, Mont Alto, PA, with Rev. John Buhr officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm before the service.
