Unexpectedly on July 14, 2020, Cory Michael Phillips, 27, of Smithsburg, MD, began a new journey in Heaven. Loved by all who knew him. Will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. He is survived by his loving Mother, Jessica Phillips Carter, Brother Sam Pelath, Beloved Sister Carly Carter, Brother Brett Carter, Stepfather Ralph Carter, Father and Stepmother Brian & Becky Sealock and Sisters Brandi & Amanda Sealock, Grandmother Jacqueline Phillips, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many friends who loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. #EpilepsyAwareness Arrangements were made by J.L.
