Cynthia S. “Cindy” Mason, 64, of Rouzerville, PA, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born July 4, 1957, in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. Stone and Julie A. (Troupe) Stone.
She was a 1975 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School and attended Hagerstown Business College.
In her early years, she worked as a secretary for Regency Thermographers and also the Teamsters Union #32 in Waynesboro, PA. She was employed for over 18 years at the “TA” Travel centers of America in Greencastle, PA and had transferred to a “TA” in Roanoke, VA for a number of years. Due to her love of animals, she worked several years at a local dairy farm where she enjoyed raising calves, milking cows and office work.
She was a member of the Franklin County Historical Society and the Clear Spring District Historical Society. She enjoyed genealogy, her flower gardens and decorating.
She is survived by her son, Gregory S. Mason and a brother, Barry D. Stone and wife Jean of Gettysburg, PA.
There will be no services.
