DELMAS DEAN KNIGHT

Delmas "Lonzo" Dean Knight, 73, of Dargan, MD, passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his beloved family, Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

He was a graduate of Boonsboro High School, class of 1968.

Lonzo retired from Eastalco. He was an avid card, pool and shuffleboard player. He loved riding motorcycles and traveling in his RV making many trips near and far. He enjoyed watching football and spending time with family and friends whom he held dear.

Lonzo was a member of Amvets, Post 10 and The Little Club in Hagerstown, American Legion Post 211 in Funkstown, The Redman Club Lodge 84 in Williamsport, and The Moose Club #948 of Charlestown, WV.

He was preceded in death by his parents Peggy and Donald Myers; Siblings, Regina and D.B.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette (Peachie) Knight; 3 children, Sandy Christy (Bob), Debbie May (Kevin), Judy Feaster (Randy); 5 Grandchildren, Tara Kephart, Olivia Morris (Feaster), Jakob Feaster, Sarah Snellings, Emily Snellings; and 1 Great Grandchild, Benjamin Pepple.

Other cherished family and friends; Gary and Adeline Getridge, Randy Knight, Eddie Lapole, Allan Heuer, Kim and Dale Strite.

A private celebration of life and burial will be held at the family's convenience.
