Dana Danielle (Munson) Hottle

Dana Danielle Hottle, 47, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born August 13, 1974, in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of Sue (Munson) McPeak of Hagerstown. She was a graduate of Williamsport High School class of 1992. Dana was an amazing lady with a big heart and a great sense of humor. Dana always had a big smile on her face. She loved all her family and her cats. You could never have a bad day when Dana was around. Dana will be missed by many, especially her BFF Crystal Munson. In addition to her mother, she is survived by sons, Tyler Renner of WV and Kyle Hottle of SC, uncles, Michael L. Munson, Sr. and wife Debbie of Smithsburg, Timothy D. Munson, Sr. and wife Lex of Hagerstown, and Richard A. Munson, Sr. and wife Karen of Smithsburg, and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, James W. McPeak, Grandmother Betty Munson Lynn, Grandfather Edwin E. Munson, Sr., two uncles, William F. Munson, Sr. and Edwin E. Munson, Jr., and one cousin, Timothy D. Munson, Jr. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 6-8pm at J.L.
