Edward Lee Beckett

Edward "Eddie," "Ed" Lee Beckett, Jr., 61, of Frederick, MD, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Frederick Health Hospital, Frederick, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on October 27, 1964 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Judith Ann (Bowers) Jones and the late Edward Lee Beckett, Sr., and the Step-Son to Harry C. Jones, who he loved as a father.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by Grandparents, Joseph and Alice Bowers and George and Louise Beckett; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Eddie loved being with his family and friends. He enjoyed music, such as Led Zeppelin, watching wrestling, going to Taco Bell, and watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by his Sister, Shelly L. Burke and husband, Dennis; Nephews, Chad and Ryan, who he loved deeply; and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Eddie, we will always love and miss you forever. May you rest in peace, until we meet again.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
