FRANCES CAROLYN OWENS

Frances Carolyn Trump Owens of McGraws WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC.

Born on October 25, 1945, in Ravencliff WV, she was the daughter of the late John C. Trump (1898-1963) and Bertha L. Mann Trump (1907-1973).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband Estil O'dell Owens Sr. (1942-2006), Siblings, Jesse Trump, Kelly Trump, Bill Trump, Joe Trump, Buena Perdue, Charlotte Sizemore, Ruth Roland, Violet Ridney, Norma Vass, Marlene Boothe.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Annette Renee Hartman and husband Bill of Smithsburg MD, Patricia Gail Owens of Daleville VA, sons, Estil O'dell Owens, Jr. and wife Nichole of Martinsburg WV, Russell Owens and wife Rhonda of McGraws WV, 13 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Friday June 21, 2024, at 2:30, at the Tilley-Tolliver Cemetery, Twin Falls State Park, with Pastor Paul Compton.
