Obituary
Gregory James Adkins, 77, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Doey's House in Hagerstown, MD.
Born February 10, 1946, in Akron, OH, he was the son of the late Daniel F. Adkins and Betty Williamson.
Gregory served in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.
He worked as a contractor in construction up until retirement.
Gregory enjoyed traveling, fishing, vacationing to Florida, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Marisa and husband Mike of Greencastle, PA, Julie Wright, of Greencastle, PA, son, Ryan Adkins and wife Emily of Westminster, MD, grandchildren, Catherine, Andrew, Joey, Nicholas, Leah, Brandon, Wyatt, and Logan, and sister, Carolyn Harris.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions can be made to Doey's House, 11370 Caring Pathway Lane, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
