GUY IRVING BURNSIDE, SR

Guy Irvin Burnside, Sr., 71, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully Friday, March 28, 2025 at Hagerstown Healthcare, Hagerstown, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on February 17, 1954 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Elizabeth (Brooks) Jones and George Burnside.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Son, Darryl Jones.

Guy worked as a cook at several restaurants in the Baltimore, MD area.

He is survived by his children, Guy Burnside, Jr., Michael Burnside, Derrick Carter, Keon Burnside, Shika Burnside and Tyshi Burnside Long; 19 Grandchildren; and many Great Grandchildren.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
