Garry Wayne Wilson

Garry Wayne Wilson, 34, of Emmitsburg, MD, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021, in Baltimore, MD. Born May 16, 1987, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of Rhonda Ann (Snowberger) Roelkey of Emmitsburg, MD, and Rodney Wayne Wilson of Williamsport, MD. He was a graduate of Poolesville High School class of 2005. In addition to his parents, he is survived by son, Korbyn Wayne Higgs-Wilson of Emmitsburg, MD, sisters, Brittany Foster of Falling Waters, WV, and Amanda Surrette and husband Ed Surrette, Jr. of Kearneysville, WV, stepfather, Mike Roelkey, Sr. of Emmitsburg, MD, nephew, Cole Foster and niece, Baylee Foster both of Falling Waters, WV, maternal grandparents, Lee and Angela Ahalt of Hagerstown, MD, and Ronald and Judy Snowberger of Emmitsburg, MD, paternal grandmother, Anna Wilson of Hagerstown, MD, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David Edward Wilson, Sr. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 7:00pm at J.L.
