Geraldine "Pat" Patricia Wolfe, 95, of Myersville, MD, passed away peacefully at her home Sunday, July 5, 2026.
Pat was called to Heaven after a long and treasured life in the family home she and Jake built on the hilltop overlooking Wolfsville. Over her lifetime in Wolfsville, Pat raised four daughters and maintained the loving family home. She was an exceptional mother and role model for her family. She was cherished by her daughters to the end and leaves a deep hole in their hearts, but a wealth of beautiful memories. Pat had a love for the outdoors, working between the home and the farms where she would travel on her John Deere Gator. When she wasn't outdoors, she could be found baking pies or preserving fruit. Her home always had a countertop covered with fresh baked goods. She was the ultimate homemaker. Kind to all, Pat had a close circle of friends throughout the community. She will be deeply missed by many.
Born on October 19, 1930 in Hagerstown, MD, Pat grew up in Mt. Lena. In 1949, she married Lauren "Jake" Wade Wolfe. She and Jake had four Daughters, Lauren P. Masser and husband, Gary, of Wolfsville, Tonia Mueller and husband, Klaus, of Wolfsville, Kim V. Tolland of Wolfsville, and April Considine Brady and husband, Brad, of Virginia. Also surviving are 12 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
In addition to her Husband, Jake, she was preceded in death by a Brother, Leon Robert Swope; Sister, Cathleen Repp; and Sister, Madeline P. Swope.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
