Gregory Lynn Hartle

Gregory L. Hartle, 70, of Leitersburg, MD, passed away Friday, April 24, 2026 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD.

Born July 14, 1955 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Glenn and Shirley Hartle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Sister, Cheryl Hartle Hoover.

He is survived by his Sisters, Kathy Cosens of Hagerstown, and Penny Stanley of Clear Spring, MD; Son, Michael Hartle of Hagerstown; Two Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandson; and 4 Nieces.

Greg was a former member of Boonsboro Volunteer Fire Department and Hagerstown Fire Police.

Greg retired from Gold Bond Ice Cream Company.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 1, 2026 from 5-7 PM at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave. Smithsburg, MD 21783.
