JAMES WILSON HOFFMAN

James Wilson Hoffman, 59, of Highfield-Cascade, MD, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at his home.

Born August 25,1964, in Gettysburg Pa, he was the son of the late Glenn Hoffman and Judy Champlain Jones.

James attended High School in Gettysburg Pa.

He hadn't worked in years because of his disability but every day he showed his family he could do things that his family thought he couldn't do.

James collected diecast cars & trucks, anything steelers, loved to go fishing anytime he had a chance. He was in his glory when he could mow anything. He really loved spending time with his family & friends especially his grandkids!

In addition to his parents, James was predeceased by his father n law, Jessie Price, mother n law, June Price, brothers, Bill Hoffman & Glenn Hoffman Jr, brother n law, James Price, and sister n law, Holly Price.

James is survived by his wife, Kandy Hoffman, who he married May 5th, 1984, they had been married for almost 40 years, his daughters, Heidi Strouth (Danny), Tiffany Stouffer (Cory Sr), brother n law, Jesse Price (Sheila), sister n law, Penny Workinger (Brian), sisters, Polly Deveney (Cameron), Julie Stull, and several nieces and nephews.

Also, his grandchildren who he loved with all his heart, Dylan and Maddy Strouth, Cory Jr & Ares Stouffer.

Honoring Jim's wishes a Memorial Service will be held on Friday May 3, 2024, from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD.

If anybody wants to talk & share memories about him are more than welcome.
