JAMES CARROLL MILBURN

James C. Milburn, 69, of Rowlett, TX, passed away on Monday October 21, 2024, in Hagerstown, MD, while visiting family.

Born April 26, 1955, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Burrell Junior Millburn and Jean M. Semler.

He was a graduate of Williamsport High School, Class of 1973.

James serviced in the US Army, and was employed by Pediatrix, as an IT Specialist. James was in the medical field for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Linda, two brothers, David and Fiance, Mary of MA, and Steve and wife, Hilde of Williamsport, MD, two sisters, Pamela and husband, Steve Knipe of Martinsburg, WV, and Marcie and husband, Robert Fletcher of Williamsport, MD, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside will be private and at the convenience of the family.
