JANE MARIE (WOLFE) GROSSNICKLE

Jane M. (Wolfe) Grossnickle, 88, of Myersville, MD, passed away peacefully, Sunday, April 16, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 1, 1935, in Smithsburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Nellie Wolf.

She was a graduate of Middletown High School.

She was a member of Grossnickle Church of the Brethren serving as Deacon and Sunday School Teacher for many years.

Jane is survived by her husband of 70 years, Maynard Grossnickle whom she married August 25, 1952, four children, Garry Grossnickle, Joan Grossnickle (Jimmy), Wayne Grossnickle (Karen), and Donald Grossnickle (Donna), one brother, John Wolfe, eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, four brothers, and one daughter-in-law, Barbara Sue Grossnickle.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Pallbearers will be Kenton Grossnickle, Jordan Grossnickle, Dave Grossnickle, Luke Grossnickle, Cameron Grossnickle, and Dane Grossnickle.
