James Howard Vinson Jr., “Hooter”, 41, was born February 22, 1980, and sadly passed away on January 7, 2022.
James was a lifelong fan of the Washington football team. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved being outside, be it working or recreationally, especially fishing. James loved to be around people and enjoyed making them laugh. Whenever a helping hand was needed you could always count on him to show up and work hard while making you smile. He was loved tremendously by family and friends and will be terribly missed.
James is survived by his mother Cheryl Vinson, wife Danielle Vinson and their 4 children Mathew, Jaelynn, Justine, and Jordyn and his two sisters Rachel Ward and Rebecca Stottlemyer all of Hagerstown.
James was preceded in death by his father James Vinson Sr. and two daughters Jaqueline and Juliette Brink.
Services will be held private and at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be at a later date.
Arrangements were made by J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD, and online condolences may be offered at www.jldavisfh.com.
