Janet "Eileen" Toms

Janet “Eileen” Toms passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on February 7th at the age of 54. Eileen was born at Gettysburg Hospital on October 29, 1970. She graduated from Catoctin High School in 1989. She worked at FMH for 11 years and then was a stay-at-home Mom. She enjoyed hunting morels, painting pictures for family and friends and spending time with her grandkids and family.

Eileen is survived by her husband Larry Eugene Toms Jr and their children Kevin Roberts, Kerrie Toms and Kathleen Toms. Her sister Trish Hahn and husband Andy, sister-in-law Teressa Stouffer and Julie Toms and Mother-in-law Joan Toms. Grandkids Leila, Willow, Evelyn, Leonna, Kaydie and Kylee. Nieces and nephews April (Raymond), Bob (Erinn), Ashley, Josh, AJ (Kate), Lil Bob and Cody. Eileen’s faithful and loving sidekick Ollie was always by her side.

She was preceded in death by her mother Kathy Hammond, Father Thomas Carper, Grandmother Mary Wilhide and Father-in-law Larry E Toms Sr.

There will be a visitation at Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave Smithsburg, MD) on Saturday February 15th from 12 to 2 pm with a service at 2 pm. Immediately following the service there will be a time for Fellowship at Thurmont Activities Building at 123 E Main St Thurmont Md.
