Jill Arlene Brown

Jill Arlene Brown, of Foxville, MD, was born on January 6, 1951, peacefully passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 74. She lived a quiet and humble life, marked by simplicity and endurance.

She remained single throughout her life and devoted herself to caring for her immediate family. Though her life was often touched by hardship and limited means, she carried herself with dignity and strength.

Jill found meaning in family, routine, and small moments of kindness. She did not seek recognition, yet her presence was steady and dependable. Her life reflected perseverance through difficulty and loyalty to those she loved.

She is the last of her immediate family, survived by several cousins who remember her for her quiet spirit and unwavering sense of responsibility.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11 AM at Mt. Bethel UMC Cemetery, 14110 Stottlemyer Rd. Smithsburg, MD 21783 with Pastor Andrew Brown officiating.
