KEVIN CHARLES JENKINS

Kevin Charles Jenkins, 47, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away peacefully, Sunday, November 19, 2023, at his home, surrounded by loving family.

Born on March 18, 1976, in Annapolis, MD, he was the son of Virginia Marie (Chenoweth) and James H. Jenkins, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents; Marjorie I. and Charles J. "Buddy" Lucasson, James H. Jenkins, Sr.; Maternal Grandparents, George F. Sr. and Janet L. Chenoweth; Aunt Vonnie K. Jenkins; and Uncle George F. Chenoweth, Jr.

Kevin graduated from Glen Burnie High School, class of 1992.

Kevin worked for New Era Homes as a maintenance worker.

Kevin enjoyed fishing, playing video games, shopping, collecting Heavy Metal Music memorabilia, and spending time with his family. He was loved and will be missed by all of his wonderful neighbors from around his home.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Keith M. Jenkins (Tiffany L. Bartles); Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends, including Special Friends, Carl Butler, Dale and Randy Kesecker, and others from the Glen Burnie area.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 11:00 am at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave., Smithsburg with Pastor Mark Unger officiating.

Family will receive friends one hour prior.

The Jenkins family would like to give thanks to Boonsboro EMS, Boonsboro Fire Dept. and the countless Healthcare workers from all of Kevin's hospital stays for their care, concern and compassion over the years.
