Karl Schaller Snyder

Karl Schaller Snyder, 65, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA, surrounded by loving family.

Born on September 3, 1960 in Waynesboro, PA, he was the son of Dorothy Ann (Schaller) Snyder and the late Edward Franklin Snyder.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a Son, Caleb Snyder.

Karl graduated from Hopewell High School, class of 1978.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

Karl was a Painter by trade and owned his own subcontracting business.

He was also an ordained Bishop and enjoyed preaching, reaching many of his followers in Christ online.

He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, kayaking, singing Gospel Music and was an avid guitar player.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his Sons, Joshua and Jared Snyder; Daughter, Ashley Snyder; 2 Grandchildren; Brothers, Kevin and Kraig Snyder; Sister, Kathy Harris; Loving wife, Mary Snyder; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 11 AM at Hub City Vineyard, 17805 Oak Ridge Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21740 with Pastor Chris Schlotterbeck officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro, PA.

Family will receive friends one hour prior at the church.
