LINDA CAROL GUESSFORD

Linda Carol Guessford, 76, of Cavetown, MD, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025, at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on August 10, 1948, in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Violet Rhine and Leroy Laird.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 18 years, Frederick R. Guessford, Sr.; Grandson, Jeremy A. Hockman; and Brother, Larry Laird.

Linda was a homemaker for many years.

Linda enjoyed painting, making jewelry, quilting, and various other crafts. She also enjoyed baking homemade cakes, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her 4 Children, Patricia K. Timmons; Eric E. Hawbaker; Michael Hawbaker; and Frederick R. Guessford, Jr. ; 19 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; Sister-in-Law, Dana Darrell

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
