LINDA L HASTINGS

Linda L. Hastings, 81 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on February 23, 2023.  Born September 3, 1941, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the Late Homer H Lewis Sr. and Evelyn C. (Wolfe) Lewis. She graduated from North Hagerstown High in 1959.

Linda was preceded in Death by her Husband of 30 years, Earl C. Hastings. She was also proceeded in death by her Brothers, Homer H. Lewis Jr., Gerald B. (Delk) Lewis, Sisters Connie Harbaugh and Wanda Magaha, and Son-in-Law Bill Corsbie Jr.

Linda is Survived by her Sister Wilda Forcino, Son Timothy E. Hastings and wife Shari, Daughters Kathy Alexander and husband Paul, and Tammy Corsbie. She was also survived by 6 grandchildren, Dustin Hastings, Katelyn Nesselrodte and husband Chris, Erika Benner and Husband CJ, Joseph Alexander, Jessica Sweitzer, Alyssa Hill, and Husband Talon. She was also survived by two Great-granddaughters Payson Nesselrodte and Briella Benner. She was loved by many nieces and nephews.

Linda enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved camping, baking, coloring, and spending time with her family. She would lend a hand to anyone that needed anything and was a caregiver to many Family members and friends throughout her life.

Linda worked at Victor Hosiery, Brandts Cabinet works, Hagerstown Kitchen, Statton Furniture, Rotorex, Canteen of Hagerstown, and AC&T Sharpsburg Pike.

Viewing services will be held on Wednesday March 1, 2023, at J.L. Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg MD at 6pm-8pm. Funeral will be held March 2, 2023, at Garfield United Methodist Church 13628 Stottlemyer Road Smithsburg MD at 11 am. There will be a social gathering with the family after the Funeral service at Garfield Church.
