Laura Ann (Swiger) Marshall

Laura Ann Marshall, born Laura Ann Swiger on March 9, 1965, daughter, mother, Grammy Lulu, sister, niece, and friend has left this earth on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Laura is survived by her love, RIcky Rohrer; her daughters: Kourtney Marshall (wife Emily Rasp), and Katie Marshall (fiancé Dana DiGennaro); her brother Mike Swiger and sister-in-law and best friend Teresa Swiger; aunt Glenda Norris; nephews Chris Swiger (wife McKenzie Swiger) and Kevin Swiger; and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Pauline and Glenn Norris, her parents Connie and Frank Shifflett, and her granddaughter Willow Ann Marshall. Laura was one of the hardest working people you have ever met. She could talk to anyone and sell anything. She was a true friend who you could always count on. Laura was Mama Marshall to many of her daughters’ friends and family. Laura’s laugh and jokes were contagious and her infectious energy always filled the room. No one was hungry when Laura was around because she was always cooking and baking deliciousness. The world did not deserve her kind, giving, and compassionate soul. Anyone who met Laura will forever miss her. She was Queen Bee and is singing with Freddie Mercury high in the sky forever. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pleasant Valley Park (3199 Gapland Road Rohrersville, MD 21779) on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 12:00 - 4:00PM.
