Lisa Elaine (Turner) Schmid

Lisa Elaine Schmid, 54, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Hospice of Washington County Doey’s House in Hagerstown. Born June 27, 1967, in Bedford, PA, she was the daughter of Charles Alton Turner and Dorris Mae (Roudabush) Turner. She was preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth Turner and George Turner and sister, Lynda Turner McCulley. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Schmid, son, Nicholas Lynn Corle, daughter, Amanda Limae Armstrong, son-in-law, Dustin Andrew Armstrong, bonus son and daughter, Arron and Jody Loudin, she adored all of her grandbabies who loved their Gaga, Braydin Loudin, Gracelynn Armstrong, Steven Armstrong, Caleb Hartpence, Cameron Hartpence, Bradley Loudin, Arralyn Loudin, Ariella Gossard, Alayah Gossard and baby “Bean” Gossard, brother, Leonard Turner and wife Penny, brother-in-law, Steven McCulley, many cousins and close friends who she loved dearly, and the many “Strays” she took in over the years as her own. She loved everyone who walked in the door. Her family and friends were the light of her life and music was very important to her. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
