MARGARET ANNA GILROY

Margaret Anna Gilroy, 83, of Smithsburg, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Fahrney-Keedy Nursing Home, Boonsboro.

Born on September 10, 1940 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Vallie Jane (Keller) and Paul Seighman Gilroy, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a Brother, James Gilroy; Great Granddaughter, Annabella Rae Leaman; and Nephew, Ian P. Gilroy.

She is survived by a Daughter, Catherine Leaman, and husband, Keith, of Smithsburg; Grandchildren, Zachary Leaman, Benjamin Leaman (Samantha), and Hannah Leaman; Great Grandchildren, Noella Mae and Elijah Cole-Gray; Sister, Paula Gilroy Crews; Brothers, Paul Gilroy, Jr., Charles Gilroy (Carol), John Gilroy, and Michael Gilroy; Nieces and Nephews; and special Fur Baby, Winifred.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
